Angel Wings Home Care Services in partnership with Platinum Management Services provides high quality senior housing, personal care and comprehensive services that are responsive to the needs and preferences of residents and their families. We embrace our small town focus where resident satisfaction is our first priority.

* Daily activities, trips and social program

* Individualized care plans

* Weekly housekeeping/linens

* Medication reminders and scheduling

* Small Communities

* Transportation to and from doctor appointment

* 3 hot meals everyday/with a lot of healthy snacks

* Community Intervention program

* Get clients involved with local senior community centers and worship services.

* We accept Medicaid, HMO's and Private pay for residential care.

* No more then 3 permanent clients per home

Rate for residential housing services

Rooming rates for Medicaid and HMO's client - 100% of client income minus $35.00 (contact office for private rate of services)

Includes: 3 Meals daily, housing, room cleaning, personal care services and daily monitoring.
